Workspace content is processed only to deliver the screening, risk assessment, and audit features you use. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use workspace content to advertise to you.

We share data with a limited set of infrastructure and service providers strictly to operate the platform, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate compliance recordkeeping.
